How do I store my cupcakes?

Store in a cool dry room or preferably a cake tin is best.

Can I arrange a personal meeting to discuss my order?

Meetings are available upon request I generally come to your home, or I can arrange a meeting in Plymouth city centre

How long do the cupcakes last?

Generally up to 3 days if stored correctly, however I advised that any fruit or cream based cupcakes be consumed with 24 hours of collection

Do you deliver?

Yes I do in most circumstances, I will deliver for a fee of £2.99 however longer distance will be arranged when you place your order

Can I hire a stand for my event?

Yes you can for a deposit of £15 which you will receive back when I collect the stand from your event

How do I pay for my cakes?

At this moment in time i can only take cash payment

How far in advanced should I place my order?

It's advised that you place your order as soon as possible to avoid disappointment, generally 2-3 weeks notice is best, just incase supplies need to be ordered in specifically .

Do I need to pay a deposit?

When an order is placed, depending on the size and design of your cake, an arranged deposit will be made. or full payment upfront, 10 days before your order is collected or delivered.

What If my cake gets damaged in transit?

When the cake is in your possession you are then liable for any damages and no refunds will be made.

Are your cakes nut free?

Although i would like to say the cakes and ingredients are nut free, I cannot guarantee that the area the cake is prepared in nor the ingredients used do not contain traces of nuts.
